Meet our Kerasil® High Density gasket material. Kerasil® HD is a high temperature glass fibre reinforced silicone gasket, infused with graphite to create a higher density gasket and prevent compression* set at high temperatures. Using advanced cutting tools, any desired gasket geometry can be cut accurate. The material flexibility of Kerasil® HD creates the possibility for more intricate gasket designs with smaller distances between holes than usual graphite allows. A second benefit of the material flexibility is less breakage during assembly, reassembly and shipping.
