To achieve these goals, we have invested in advanced robotics for our diverse offerings, including Pioneer®, Ultra Low NOx furnaces, and raw material cutting. Our Pioneer® line consists of custom-designed products, which necessitates the use of versatile and adaptable robots. The sewing robots we've employed can handle a variety of dimensions, materials, and thicknesses, ensuring seamless integration into our production process.
Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to scale up effortlessly and provide increased flexibility to our key accounts. Furthermore, we have placed an order for an additional robot, with an expected delivery in Winter 2023.
In our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, we have also invested in paper banding machines. Previously, we wrapped our products in plastic, but with the introduction of these machines, we now proudly package plastic-free. At ICL, we care deeply about our planet and future generations!
