IPCOM continues its growth in the High-Temperature Insulation market by acquiring Industrial Ceramic Linings B.V. (“ICL”).
IPCOM has acquired Industrial Ceramic Linings B.V.(“ICL”), a Dutch company specialized in high-temperature sealing and insulation technology. This acquisition fits well in IPCOM’s Pan-European growth strategy to strengthen its High-Temperature Solutions Division, the INSULCON Group.
Established in 1987 by the Tournier family, ICL, has become a leading player in providing technologically advanced solutions to heating system manufacturers in the domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. They offer a range of products, including the all-in-one burnerinsulation Pioneer®, extreme-heat-resistant gasket series Kerasil®,and innovative Ultra Low NOx furnace sleeves. Besides their tailor-madehigh-temperature solutions, they also offer gaskets of various types made of rubbers and silicone.
ICL serves customers in Europe and North America with a team of approximately 35 employees.
